Ashley Leger spent years helping others during her career as a 911 dispatcher. Her listening, prioritizing, and memory skills have made her an extreme asset to the team. Shelagh Machek

Shelagh was first introduced to Kristy when she was moving back to British Columbia from the Northwest Territories. After a quick house hunting trip, the pair got along so well that Kristy invited her to stay while her husband finished up his employment (something she has never done before). After watching Shelagh interview for other jobs, and having Kristy struggle to manage her ever growing client list, Kristy decided to “make her an offer she couldn’t refuse” and they have been working together ever since.
Shelagh has a wide range of work experience including transcriptionist, dental assistant, health center receptionist, and cell guard. Her ninja admin skills, ability to source information, and witty humour make her a delight to work with. Kristy often remarks, “Shelagh plays an integral role, often stealing the show and providing a daily dose of comedy”.
Fun Fact: Kristy starts each day by bringing Shelagh a cup of coffee.
Justine Pope

Justine holds a diploma in Interior Design and helps to ensure all listings and promotional materials are finished with a designer’s edge. Justine helps spoil clients and ensures quality remains top-notch throughout their buying and selling experience.
She is also a first responder wife, so we know she can handle anything we throw at her.
