Ashley Leger

Ashley Leger spent years helping others during her career as a 911 dispatcher. Her listening, prioritizing, and memory skills have made her an extreme asset to the team. Ashley’s attention to detail helps clients view the most amount of homes that fit their criteria in the least amount of time – an extremely important skill in our fast moving markets! After living and working in the Lower Mainland, she provides an “inside scoop” to many neighbourhoods. This is super helpful for any Buyer when choosing their next home!

Carly Strandt

Carly has over 17 years of experience in real estate contracts, marketing, and administration. After earning her real estate license in 2017 she continues to help many clients find the home of their dreams. Carly is organized, knowledgeable, and passionate about her work, which compliments her great communication skills.
Outside of real estate, Carly is an accomplished athlete, with one of her proudest moments being earning a national title in synchronized skating. Carly lives locally with her husband and two daughters, and her core values of integrity, honesty, and trust make her the perfect fit for the Kristy Masaro Real Estate Team.

Shelagh was first introduced to Kristy when she was moving back to British Columbia from the Northwest Territories. After a quick house hunting trip, the pair got along so well that Kristy invited her to stay while her husband finished up his employment (something she has never done before). After watching Shelagh interview for other jobs, and having Kristy struggle to manage her ever growing client list, Kristy decided to “make her an offer she couldn’t refuse” and they have been working together ever since.

Shelagh has a wide range of work experience including transcriptionist, dental assistant, health center receptionist, and cell guard. Her ninja admin skills, ability to source information, and witty humour make her a delight to work with. Kristy often remarks, “Shelagh plays an integral role, often stealing the show and providing a daily dose of comedy”.

Fun Fact: Kristy starts each day by bringing Shelagh a cup of coffee.
